製造現場・製造プロセスにおけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションのリードおよびデジタルソリューションの開発（例：自動搬送ロボットの導入、内製AI搭載外観検査装置等の開発 ）
ドイツボッシュ本社と連携したボッシュワールドワイドのDXソリューションの日本への展開
Lead and develop digital transformation in the manufacturing site and manufacturing processes (e.g., introduction of automated guided vehicles, development of in-house AI-equipped inspection cameras, etc.)
Expansion of Bosch’s worldwide DX solutions to Japan through collaboration with our headquarters in Germany.

Pythonなどによるプログラミング経験
Business-level Japanese proficiency
Programming experience in languages such as Python
<あると望ましい知識・スキル>
TOEIC６００以上またはそれに相当する英語コミュニケーション力
業務・趣味・プログラミング言語問わず、学習データを用いた機械学習の経験
問題解決とトラブルシューティングのスキル
分析的で論理的な思考力、創造性と革新力、
持続的な学習と自己啓発への意欲、
信頼性と正確性、柔軟性と適応性、倫理的な意識と責任感
生産現場への自動搬送ロボット導入経験や事務作業の自動化経験など、デジタル化・自動化・データ解析に関連する業務経験のある方
TOEIC score of 600 and above, or equivalent English communication skills
Experience of creating machine learning models using training data, regardless of work, hobby, or programming language
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Analytical and logical thinking skills along with a creative and innovative mindset
Motivation for continuous learning and self-development
Reliability and precision, flexibility and adaptability, ethical awareness and sense of responsibility
Experience in introducing Automated guided vehicles to production sites, Office automation, and other related experience in digitalization, automation, and data analysis.

If your English skills are equivalent to TOEIC score of 600 or above, you can immediately engage in tasks that involve overseas communication. Others who have a strong determination to improve their English skills can participate in internal English courses while working on DX-related development tasks in Japan to enhance their English conversation abilities.
